Local Firm Wins in Federal Court

Tiyi-Kitani McNair v. Lake County, et al.

September 23, 2002 - After heated oral arguments in Federal Court (Click here to listen to the arguments), the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals dismissed Lake County from the Plaintiff's appeal, solidifying earlier results against the Plaintiff.  This was a hotly contested Employment Discrimination case that began in 1998.
